Our garage, front porch and basement are now poured and the basement is framed! They started insulation and should be done by the end of next week. Ryan Homes does not insulate the garage walls that are not interior walls so our PM told us we can do that ourselves if we would like. Shout out to Scott and Ken for helping! :)
