JKL Dunkirk

Joe and I got our keys on Tuesday the 22nd and then the madness began! We slept on the floor that night because we both refused to stay at the apartment one more time. Wednesday morning Joe stayed at the new house and waited for Home Depot and Levin and I went to the apartment and met the movers there. The following day DIRECTV, Time Warner Cable, Wayside Furniture, the fence people and the pool table guy came out and finally Friday, the electrician came. It's been a crazy week but we are all settled in and all of the boxes are unpacked and put away. Joe and I bought some new lights to replace some of the ones included in our home. Since we wont have our final grade (or driveway) completed until June - our fence company put in a temporary fence for Louie! It's been pretty muddy but when it's dry it's a life saver! Joe and I painted a few rooms and installed all of the knobs and pulls on the cabinets and drawers. Here are some pictures of when we moved in and when we started decorating. We have a long way to go with painting and adding more furniture but we are happy so far!!
